At PURA VIDA Coffee Lab, we want you to enjoy our products and the PURA VIDA experience. For this reason, we have established the following Returns and Refunds Policy for purchases made through our online store.<\/p>\n

1. Coffee and Food Products<\/h2>\n

<\/p>\n

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of coffee, food products, or products that may deteriorate or expire, except when the product arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or has a quality issue.<\/p>\n

This includes, but is not limited to:<\/p>\n

    If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from the one you ordered, please contact us so that we can review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.<\/p>\n

    2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products<\/h2>\n

    <\/p>\n

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a product different from the one you ordered, please contact PURA VIDA Coffee Lab as soon as possible and preferably within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.<\/p>\n

    <\/p>\n

    To process the issue, we may request:<\/p>\n

        Return costs resulting from a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped product will be borne by PURA VIDA Coffee Lab.<\/p>\n

        <\/p>\n

        3. Non-food products<\/h2>\n

        <\/p>\n

        For non-food products purchased from our online store: such as mugs, accessories, merchandise, or other items the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within the statutory period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, provided that the conditions established by applicable law are met.<\/p>\n

        <\/p>\n

        The product must be returned in suitable condition, preferably in its original packaging, without having been used beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning.<\/p>\n

        <\/p>\n

        Direct return costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated or if the product is defective, damaged, or was sent in error.<\/p>\n

        <\/p>\n

        4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n

        <\/p>\n

        In accordance with applicable regulations, there are certain products for which the right of withdrawal may not apply due to their nature.<\/p>\n

        <\/p>\n

        In particular, food products and items liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly are excluded from the right of withdrawal where established by current legislation.<\/p>\n

        <\/p>\n

        5. Refunds<\/h2>\n

        <\/p>\n

        When a refund is due, PURA VIDA Coffee Lab will process the amount using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless another method is expressly agreed upon.<\/p>\n

        <\/p>\n

        The refund will be processed within the timeframe established by applicable law once we have received the returned product or, where applicable, once the return has been verified.<\/p>\n

        <\/p>\n

        Initial shipping costs may be refunded where legally required. In the event of withdrawal, additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option offered by PURA VIDA Coffee Lab will not be refunded.<\/p>\n

        <\/p>\n

        6. Undeliverable orders<\/h2>\n

        <\/p>\n

        It is the customer’s responsibility to correctly provide the information required for delivery, including name, address, postal code, city\/town, and a contact telephone number where necessary.<\/p>\n

        <\/p>\n

        If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer, repeated absence, or any other circumstance attributable to the recipient, we may contact the customer to arrange a new delivery.<\/p>\n

        <\/p>\n

        Any additional costs arising from a re-delivery may be charged to the customer where applicable and when caused by circumstances attributable to the recipient.<\/p>\n

        <\/p>\n

        7. How to request a return<\/h2>\n

          8. Products sent in error<\/h2>\n

          If you receive a product different from the one listed in your order, please contact us. We will review the issue, and if the error is attributable to PURA VIDA Coffee Lab, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to the customer.<\/p>\n

          9. Legal warranties<\/h2>\n

          <\/p>\n

          Nothing in this policy limits the rights of consumers and users under applicable Spanish and European law.<\/p>\n

          <\/p>\n

          Products purchased from PURA VIDA Coffee Lab come with the legal warranties applicable based on their nature and current regulations.<\/p>\n

          10. Changes to this policy<\/h2>\n

          <\/p>\n

          PURA VIDA Coffee Lab reserves the right to update this Return and Refund Policy whenever necessary to adapt it to legal, operational, or commercial changes.<\/p>\n
